About the chance
This is an ongoing casual role for a pharmacy administrator or order processing professional with exceptional accuracy and computer skills. Working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing and processing pharmaceutical customer orders while ensuring all information is complete and accurate. You will communicate regularly with customers and internal technical teams to clarify information, resolve queries and coordinate orders.
The working hours will be either 10am–6pm or 12pm–8pm, with candidates required to commit to a 38-hour working week.
Duties
Enter and review customer orders
Check order and patient details
Identify missing or incorrect information
Clarify orders with customers
Liaise with technical specialists
Schedule and coordinate customer orders
Confirm delivery dates and times
Respond to telephone and email queries
Maintain accurate system records
Follow pharmaceutical compliance procedures
Skills and Experience
Experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a retail/hospital pharmacy
Exceptional data entry accuracy
Strong computer and systems skills
Excellent communication skills
Degree is Pharmacy would be highly advantageous but not essential
Ability to commit to an on-going casual role
Have full Australian working rights and be available for a 38-hour week
