About the Role

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in rapid-paced critical care environments while working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams. You'll have the flexibility to work across a variety of ICU settings, broadening your experience while maintaining control over your schedule.

Deliver safe,



high-quality care to critically ill patients
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Support patients and their families throughout their care journey
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Adhere to hospital policies and ICU best practice standards

Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
Relevant ICU qualifications and/or training
Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Availability for flexible AM, PM and night shifts
Full Australian working rights
Current National Police Check (preferred)
Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification (preferred)
