We’re seeking a reliable, safety‑conscious First‑Class Machinist to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to work on a variety of conventional and machine centre equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate conventional lathes and machine centres to manufacture components to engineering drawings
Read, interpret and manufacture to engineering drawings in both Metric and Imperial units
Complete work orders and accurately log time against tasks
Troubleshoot machining and setup issues; apply solid problem solving and mechanical aptitude
Liaise with team leaders to order and manage tooling requirements
Maintain a secure, clean and organised work area and follow all safety procedures
Be available for overtime as required

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
Trade Certificate: First Class Machining (required)
Demonstrated experience using conventional lathes and machine centres
Ability to read and manufacture to engineering drawings (Metric & Imperial)
Full working rights in Australia




Current driver's licence
Reliable, safety focused and committed to high quality workmanship

Experience & Licences
