The Chance:

A unique opportunity exists to support events and community activities for Hope 103.2. This role assists with handing out merch, event setup and pack-down and providing a welcoming and positive experience for listeners and the wider community. We are looking for a friendly person, who is a good communicator, has manual handling capabilities and is able to connect with a wide range of people.

The role involves:
Assisting with the setup and pack-down of internal and external events




Supporting event operations by interacting and engaging with listeners/supporters
Handling event materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently
Following workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures
Driving the Hope promotional vehicle to/from events
Promotional stock handling
Variable days and hours on an occasional basis

The successful applicant will have:
A genuine passion for the purpose of the organisation
Demonstration of Hope’s values - Be Humble, Be Real, Be All In
Valid Drivers Licence and car to travel to/from the station and events as required
Manual handling ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and willingness to help as needed
Promotions, events or customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
