Attention customer service superstars, Radiology Receptionist job opportunity at Adelaide's newest CBD Hospital. Eastwood Private Hospital located Greenhill Road. This is a full time (Mon-Fri) position and will also require rotation between our Hutt Street clinic.
We are seeking a people person, with bright personality and outstanding multitasking skills to join the team at Fowler Simmons Radiology. The site is brand recent with contemporary workflows and stunning design.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and staying on top of phone enquiries
Front reception, greeting and billing patients
Managing online bookings
Supporting the Hospital in their imaging needs and fostering positive relationships
Being the friendly and empathetic face of the site
Enter and register bookings for patients / referrers
Process paperwork such as invoices, receipts and Medicare claims
