Netcorp is looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our Chipping Norton warehouse. This is a permanent part time position specifically designed around school hours, making it ideal for someone local to the Chipping Norton/Liverpool area who has previous warehouse, stores or inventory experience and is looking for a secure long-term role that fits around family commitments. This is not a high-volume pick-and-pack warehouse. We are a technology company, and the role is primarily about organisation, stock accuracy, inventory control and supporting our technical installation team.
Key responsibilities
Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse locations
Picking and packing equipment for customers and technicians
Preparing complete installation kits for upcoming technician jobs
Allocating and recording equipment issued to technicians
Receiving and processing equipment returned from technicians and customers
Managing returned, faulty, warranty and quarantined stock
Replenishing technician consumables and commonly used installation components
Monitoring stock levels and identifying items requiring replenishment
Performing regular stocktakes and inventory reconciliations
About you
Has previous warehouse, stores or inventory experience
Is reliable and punctual
Has excellent attention to detail
Can work independently and take ownership of the warehouse
Is comfortable using computers and inventory systems
Can accurately receive, issue and reconcile stock
Is comfortable working with electronic and technical equipment
Communicates well with technicians and office staff
Is physically capable of normal warehouse duties
A current Australian forklift licence is highly desirable
