We are an established Australian organisation with operations across multiple locations. With a solid focus on growth, customer service and commercial performance, we are seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee a key regional sales function.

The Role

Reporting to a senior executive, you will lead a sizeable, geographically dispersed sales team across NSW.

This is a commercially focused leadership role responsible for sales performance, revenue growth, margins, customer outcomes and the ongoing development of the team.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed sales team
Develop and execute regional sales plans
Drive revenue growth and margin performance
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Manage budgets, forecasts, pipelines and performance reporting
Oversee key customer relationships and commercial opportunities
Support tenders and customer presentations
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity
Work closely with operational teams to support customer delivery
Establish clear expectations,

About You

You will ideally bring:
At least five years’ sales management experience
Experience leading a sizeable, geographically dispersed sales team
A demonstrated record of achieving revenue and growth targets
Strong commercial, budgeting and forecasting capability
Experience managing senior customer relationships
Solid coaching, mentoring and performance-management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment
Relevant tertiary qualifications will be viewed favourably
