We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join the team!
You will have the prospect to work with a diverse clientele in various Commercial Fitout and shopfitting projects.

Expectations of the role;
Oversee the overall management of multiple fit-out projects.
Lead and guide a team of Contract Administrators and contractors.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, staff, and contractors.
Manage all project aspects from inception to final completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Review and address changes to scope, variations, and defects.
Conduct site visits as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all WH&S; regulations.

Experience and skills;
A minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in the commerical, hospitality and retail fit-out industry.
Proven ability to maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.




Demonstrated experience in managing teams, including subcontractors.
In-depth understanding of Australian Building Standards.
Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations with the ability to enforce site safety.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and managing priorities.
Advanced computer skills.
Full Australian working rights.

Salary Range: $120k - $130k + Super (depending on skills and experience)
