8:6 roster – Day Shift Only
$55–$63/hr + Super, depending on experience
Gold mining operation
Genuine pathway towards Shotfiring

About You
We're looking for experienced Blast Crew members who are motivated to learn, develop and take on more responsibility.
You will have:
Previous Blast Crew experience in open-cut mining
DGSC (Dangerous Goods Security Card) – essential
Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
Australian working rights
Current clean National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
Robust commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
Highly regarded:
Current WA Shotfirer's Licence
Open-cut gold mining experience
Experience with electronic initiation systems, particularly Digishot
Exposure to pre-split blasting
