About the Role:
Cooking and catering for the camp
Handle food prep, stores, shopping
Collaborate with a close team and apply creative cooking techniques
Ensure protected food practices while providing nutritious meals to camp

You’ll need:
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cooking (or equivalent qualification)
Site experience and C Class Driver's License




Knowledge of Safe Food Practices
Ability to plan and create a menu
Experience in higher-end food preferred
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and provide police clearance
