The Prospect
We're looking to grow our team with Account Managers focused on partnering and growing a portfolio of clients across our industrial and cleanroom sectors, while continuing to build our expanding new business pipeline.
What You'll Do
Manage an allocated portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and resolving issues quickly and professionally in collaboration with our Operations and Transport teams
Work with senior sales team members to prepare and deliver quotes, proposals and presentations
Coordinate with operations to ensure orders, deliveries and service levels land as promised
Make outbound cold calls to identify and qualify recent business opportunities
Research the market to identify prospects, track competitor activity, and feed insights back to the business
What We're Looking For
Excellent people skills - you build rapport quickly and clients trust you
Solid organisational skills - you manage a busy portfolio in a structured, professional manner
Comfortable picking up the phone or dropping in to develop prospective pipelines as part of your role
Prior B2B sales, account management or customer service experience is a plus, but drive for results and coachability matter more than years on the job
A valid driver's licence for client site visits
What's On Offer
$70,000-$90,000 base + super, commensurate with experience, plus a vehicle/allowance for client travel
A development and growth path in an expanding business with direct mentoring from our sales leadership
Melbourne-based role - our sales team works flexibly, with a minimum fortnightly visit to our Warragul based sites
