The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of project finance transactions across infrastructure, energy and renewables, while also supporting senior relationship managers on current transactions and broader business development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Project Finance transactions across infrastructure, energy, renewables and other structured finance sectors.
Take ownership of ongoing portfolio management, including:
Periodic reviews and portfolio monitoring
Financial analysis and financial modelling
Stress testing and scenario analysis
Covenant monitoring
Waivers, variations and amendments
Support the assessment and execution of current Project Finance transactions, including financial analysis, transaction structuring and internal approvals.
Work closely with relationship managers throughout the transaction life cycle, from initial assessment through to financial close and ongoing management.
Attend meetings with clients, advisors and internal stakeholders.




Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify emerging risks or issues.
Manage ongoing KYC/AML requirements across assigned accounts.
Work closely with internal risk, legal, credit and operations teams.
Complete internal reporting and portfolio monitoring requirements.
Support broader structured finance transactions where required.

About You
Experience in Project Finance, Structured Finance or Institutional Banking.
Strong financial analysis and modelling capability.
Experience managing and monitoring a portfolio of complex transactions.
Robust understanding of Project Finance structures, documentation and risk.
Exposure to infrastructure, energy and/or renewables is highly regarded.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
