LV Mechanic – Upskill to Fixed Plant / Mechanical Fitter

This temp-to-perm role offers reliable long-term work, consistent overtime, and the chance to broaden your mechanical skills on high-quality machinery.

What’s on offer:
Casual: $46.25/hr + Penalties
Straight to Permanent Opportunities also
50+ hours per week with regular overtime available
Temp-to-perm prospect with long-term stability
Upskilling pathway into fixed plant or mechanical fitting

What you’ll be doing:
Assembling, rebuilding, and fitting heavy construction and mining equipment




Installing mechanical components, hydraulics, engines, and drivetrains
Performing maintenance, fault finding, and equipment repairs
Reading technical drawings and assisting with testing and QA checks

What we’re looking for:
Experience as an LV Fitter, Mechanic, or similar trade background
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude
