We Are Looking For

A proven hospitality leader who:
Has strong experience as a Restaurant Manager in premium, high-volume venues
Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and P&L; ownership
Is deeply guest-centric and understands the difference between black and white service, and HOSPITALITY in full colour
Builds culture, accountability and team loyalty
Thrives in rapid-paced, multi-dimensional settings
