We're seeking an experienced Quality Control / Foreman / Workshop Controller to lead and manage our workshop operations. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring exceptional quality standards and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and supervise workshop technicians and support staff
Oversee all vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance work
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
Manage workshop scheduling and workflow optimization
Identify and resolve quality issues and technical challenges
Liaise with service advisors and customer service teams
Maintain accurate documentation and service records
Implement safety and procedural compliance across the workshop
Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance

Current automotive qualifications
Proven experience as a workshop foreman, quality controller or supervisor
