About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to join our team at Millies Fish & Chips in Paradise Point, QLD. This is a casual role that will see you working in a quick-paced, customer-focused setting. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious, high-quality fish and chip dishes to delight our customers.

What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our high standards
Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to perfection, meeting our strict food safety and quality requirements
Efficiently manage your time and workload to deliver orders quickly and accurately
Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional customer experience
Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times
Follow all relevant health and safety procedures

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Chef/Cook, ideally within the hospitality or fast-food industry
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards




Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively
