Frankie’s is looking for a Sando Artist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, works well in a quick-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a strong hospitality team.
About the Role
As a Sando Artist at Frankie’s, you’ll be responsible for preparing and assembling sandwiches to a high standard, maintaining consistency during service, and helping keep the kitchen organised and effective.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble sandwiches with attention to quality and presentation
Assist with food prep and ingredient organisation
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout service
Work efficiently during busy periods while staying detail-focused
Contribute to a positive team environment and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Some experience in hospitality or a similar field preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Able to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Availability
Available 5am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays

Pay: $32.00 – $38.71 per hour
