We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Waitstaff to join our restaurant team.
About the Role: As a member of our front-of-house team, you will help create a welcoming dining experience for our customers while ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly Explain menu items and assist customers with their selections
Clear and reset tables efficiently
Process customer payments when required
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work closely with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
Handle customer requests and concerns professionally
What We're Looking For:
Previous hospitality or waitstaff experience is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, positive and qualified attitude Ability to work efficiently in a busy workplace
Positive attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work as part of a team
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
