We have a recent exciting opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage attendant in our tranquil Albert Park location.

Responsibilities
As a cafe attendant at Laurent Bakery, you will work collaboratively with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure stores and company objectives are achieved
You will be trained to work across multiple stations in our café, you will support the team effort to achieve high standards in customer service, product quality and luxury café experience
The role will involve learning to be a cafe all-rounder by rotating through stations such as food processing, floor service providing an amazing customer experience, coffee making and working as a team to maintain hygiene, cleanliness and French luxury standards




A key aspect of this role includes making our delicious sandwiches

What you will bring
Previous experience in hospitality is required
Previous experience working in a kitchen preparing food is highly regarded
Hands on mindset and high energy to keep with the quick paced environment of our cafes
Deliver and maintain the highest level of customer experience
High personal standards in providing superior customer service
You need to be adaptable in the roster and shifts may include opens and closes
Weekend and public holiday work will be required
Previous barista experience is also an advantage
