The Role
In this position, you won't just be sitting behind a desk. You’ll be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly between our customers, our workshop, and our parts team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-House: Greeting customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
Communication: Managing a high volume of calls and emails, directing inquiries to the right departments.
Administration: Processing invoices, managing filing systems, and assisting with data entry.
Sales Support: Assisting the parts team with basic order processing and customer follow-ups.
General Upkeep: Keeping the reception area tidy and organized.
What We’re Looking For
The "Can-Do" Attitude:
You’re proactive, organized, and don’t ruffle easily when things get busy.
Communication Skills: Clear, qualified verbal and written English is a must.
Experience: Previous experience in reception or admin is preferred, but a background in the automotive industry is a huge plus!
Reliability: You’re punctual and take pride in your work.
