We're looking for a warm, reliable female Support Worker to assist a client with personal care and daily living support.
What we're after:
Comfortable and confident providing personal care (showering, dressing, toileting support)
Minimum 3 days availability per week
A genuine problem solver, someone who can think on their feet and find ways to engage a participant, even on quiet days
Open minded, adaptable, and willing to travel as part of the role
Resilient, with the grit and thick skin to handle challenging days without taking it personally
Open to team-oriented communication amongst management and participants
Genuinely cares about making a difference, this isn't just a job to clock in and out of
Own reliable transport and valid driver's licence
Current Blue Card / NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
