Our client is a highly successful and long established company and as a result of increased business, an additional counter sales person is needed.
This position is an engaging role with the emphasis on trade counter sales and customer service.
The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a trade and/or the hardware/fastener or steel industry previously. However, counter sales experience in other industries will be considered and training will be provided.
Duties will include:
Serving customers face to face
Processing orders
Giving technical advice to customers
Quoting and making up job cards
Computer work
Multi tasking
You will need to be a team player, be self motivated, able to multi task, have excellent communication and a passion for sales and customer service.
Reasonable computer skills, attention to detail and a versatile attitude is desirable.
An immediate start is envisaged for this role and a generous salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
