We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Casual Medical Receptionist to join our busy and welcoming medical practice.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to become part of a supportive team. We have 10+ medical providers, so no two days are quite the same!

About the role:
Casual position with availability across weekdays and rotating weekends
Welcoming and assisting patients
Answering and managing a multi-line phone system
Scheduling appointments and general reception duties
Using Best Practice medical software
Working both independently and as part of a team
Keeping calm, organised and efficient during busy periods

About you:

Ideally, you will have previous medical reception experience, particularly with Best Practice software and multi-line phone systems. However,



we are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

You will be someone who:
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is reliable, professional and well presented
Can confidently work both independently and within a team
Has solid time-management and organisational skills
Enjoys working in a busy, rapid-paced environment
Is willing to learn and contribute to a positive team culture

Pay & conditions:

The hourly rate is based on the Support Services Award – Level 1 Casual classification, with the applicable rate depending on your relevant experience in the role.
