West Coast Auto Air Conditioning is a Mandurah workshop specialising in automotive air conditioning, heating and auto electrical. We're growing and we want someone hungry to learn the trade properly and grow with us.
The role
You'll be assisting our technicians on the tools day to day, learning the air conditioning and heating side from people who know it. This starts as a temp to permanent position: prove your work ethic and your ability to learn, and it becomes permanent.
What you'll be doing
Assisting technicians on air conditioning, heating and auto electrical jobs. Diagnostic support, component removal and refitting, and general workshop tasks. Working autonomously on tasks once you've been shown, and keeping the workshop clean and organised.
What you must have
Hands on mechanical experience. A robust grasp of basic mechanics and, more importantly,
the ability and drive to learn quickly. The ability to work autonomously and be trusted to get on with it. A genuine interest in upskilling and getting your tickets, including the ARC refrigerant handling license and air conditioning repair qualifications, which we'll support.
