About the Opportunity

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable Bakery Assistants to join our team in this brand-current store.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafés. We’re looking for team players who are customer-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, we offer ongoing training, growth opportunities, and a positive team culture in a busy, friendly bakery setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including opening and closing
Serve customers with a friendly, professional attitude
Package and merchandise baked goods for takeaway display
Prepare basic cold drinks (training provided)
Maintain a clean and hygienic store workplace
Follow daily checklists and assist with restocking and inventory
Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Robust attention to detail and cleanliness




A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is helpful, but not essential
A food safety certificate is beneficial, but full training will be provided to the right candidates
