Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Japanese and Western cafe dishes (including donburi, sandos, udon, brunch items).
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion sizes meet kitchen standards.
Maintain a clean, secure, and hygienic work area.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Manage stock rotation and assist with inventory checks.
Pay: $27.97 – $34.96 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 22.0 per week
