Sergio is looking for a reliable and energetic Sandwich Hand / Café All-Rounder to join our team at our Barangaroo location.
This is a Part time position, working Tuesday to Thursday with no weekend work.
Pay: $29–$32 per hour + super, depending on experience
About the role
Morning kitchen and café setup
Basic morning baking, including croissants, muffins, sausage rolls, cookies, and other baked items
Preparing and replenishing the daily food display
Sandwich preparation and production
Preparing pasta, meal boxes, salads, and other takeaway items
Maintaining a clean, organised, and effective workspace
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Supporting the team with daily café operations
What we’re looking for
Experience in a café, bakery, sandwich bar,
or casual dining setting preferred
Basic baking and food preparation experience
Confident preparing sandwiches and takeaway food
Good attention to detail and presentation
Clean, organised, and effective
Friendly and positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
Available Tuesday to Thursday
No weekend work required
Valid working rights in Australia
