We’re on the hunt for a motivated, reliable team member to join Common Coffee and grow with us long-term.
You’ll be working across our two locations - Pac Fair & Surfers Paradise - for around 25 hours per week, with the chance for more hours in the future for the right person. Immediate start available.

To be considered, you must have:
Minimum 2 years barista experience or strong background in fast-paced hospitality
Ability to handle high volume service with confidence
Latte art skills under pressure (preferred)
Weekend availability (essential)
Excellent multitasking & teamwork skills
Strong knowledge of food safety & cleanliness standards
A genuinely positive attitude and outstanding customer service
High attention to detail - we care about quality
