Role Description

The Sales/Business Development Manager is a full-time hybrid/remote role based in either Sydney or Melbourne. This role is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth and increasing the company client base.

Responsibilities include:
Drive revenue growth through effective sales management
Identify and convert recent and existing business opportunities
Implement and maintain CRM system
Produce and deliver high-quality electronic documents including proposals, quotations, presentations, briefings, reports and tenders
Cultivate strong long term client relationships
Support marketing initiatives
Contribute to risk management, safety and compliance across the portfolio
Work closely with operations and finance teams to achieve business goals

Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and/or business development, ideally within commercial cleaning and/or facilities management.
Solid relationship-building, and client management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
Highly Developed and effective negotiation skills.




Performance driven, customer-centric and results driven sales process with a proven track record of success.
Solid commercial acumen, including estimating, management, and understanding of service contracts and pricing.
Proficient with CRM systems, and MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating proposals, presentations, tenders and professional correspondence.
Ability to work independently and in a team and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, Energetic work ethic and positively committing to company goals
Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field, and/or equivalent practical experience.
