You'll have the prospect to join an experienced and supportive team, who work on some of Melbourne's most impressive properties.

About this opportunity

You will complete a Certificate III in Arboriculture through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience.

Throughout your formal training and practical experience on job sites, you will have the prospect to:
Undertake tasks such as tree pruning, tree management, tree stump removal and much more.
Cleaning up the job site, including feeding branches into the chipper machine.
Participate in safety operations & training




Use hand and power tools and equipment to trim trees as chipper machine, chainsaw etc.
Assist in general maintenance duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence and ability of a trainee.

The successful applicant

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following capabilities and knowledge:
Must hold current valid drivers license
MR license preferred
Commitment to both on and off the job training
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and take direction
Honest and reliable
Strong communication skills
Physically fit and able to withstand the physical demands of the job
Ideally have a white card
