Complete food preparation, including chopping, portioning, marinating and plating
Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation
Prepare ingredients and organise the kitchen for daily service
Manage food storage and ensure proper food rotation
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38.0 per week
