Key Duties:
Cut, trim and shape hair using clippers, scissors and razors.
Provide beard and moustache trimming, shaping and grooming services.
Perform men’s grooming services including fades, shaves, line‑ups and contemporary styles.
Apply basic colouring or toning services suitable for barbershop clients.
Consult with clients to recommend suitable styles based on hair type and preferences.
Maintain a clean, secure workstation and sanitise tools regularly.
Manage client bookings, handle payments and assist with general shop operations.
Promote and sell grooming products used in the barbershop.

Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:

Education: Certificate III + 2 years on job training or Certificate IV

Australian Experience: At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR

Overseas Experience: At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience

Specialist: Barber

Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $79,500.00 – $89,500.00 per year
