Chicken Deboner (Filleter) (Chicken Factory)

Giglio’s Fresh Chickens is a Poultry Abattoir located in Bonnyrigg, NSW AUSTRALIA and we are seeking a Chicken Deboner to join our team at our Chicken Processing Plant.

Immediate start - Day time work only – 3 DAYS A WEEK MONDAY - FRIDAYS 5AM START (Roughly 6 hr shift)

Duties:
Full bird deboning

· Experience required in meat production:

Breast Fillets

Maryland Fillets

Thigh Fillets

Tenderloins

Ribs

Must be experienced with high Yield Returns. Worker must be skilful, result-oriented and versatile

· Places portions of products in containers

· Ready to work in a meat industry workplace;

· Experience making the right kinds of cuts on chicken in a meat processing setting very quickly

· Experience using knives

· Physical fitness: you must be able to stand for six or more hours and potentially lift up to 15kg





· Attention to detail and must be able to follow instructions

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have exceptional knife handling skills including the demonstrated ability to debone chicken;

Previous experience in the poultry industry;

Be fit and healthy, with the ability to be able to perform repetitive tasks;

Must be able to follow direction and instructions;

Must be able to work both independently and part of a team; and

Must be a permanent resident of Australia or have no work restrictions on current visa.
