Beeliar Diagnostic Imaging clinic in Yangebup is currently seeking a Full Time Medical Receptionist to join the team. We are located onsite next to Lagoon Medical Centre, a bustling Medical and Urgent Care centre. We are also looking for a causal member.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
Billing procedures - Private, Medicare, and DVA.
Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
Rostering of administration and professionals

Transparent verbal and written communication skills
Robust organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow
Leadership skill to help manage a small team
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems
Karisma & Comrad experience
Previous Medical Imaging experience
