The Coffee Club Ballarat Central is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Barista to join our energetic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and believe outstanding coffee is at the heart of every café experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Who are we looking for?
A Star Barista – Showcasing skilled Barista skills with minimum 3 years’ experience working in rapid paced environment, expertise in various types of coffee, understanding of different flavour profiles, and the ability to do excellent Latte Art;
A People Person – you find it easy to genuinely connect with both your customers and your team;
Confident – in your hospitality skills and operational knowledge
Job Type: Casual
Expected hours: 25.0 – 38.0 per week
