About the role

Pure & Pristine is a Brisbane exterior cleaning company. We wrote around 70 quotes last month and stood in front of almost none of them. That's the job. You walk the property, measure it, price it and sign it while you're standing there. The office fields every enquiry, books your day in clustered appointments and does all the paperwork.

What's on the table
8% commission on the work we book for you. 20% on anything you bring in yourself. No cap, no draw, nothing offset against your base.
$655 a week guaranteed. Realistically $1,400 to $1,600 a week for three days.
Plans pay far better than one-offs. A $400 window job sold as a maintenance plan pays you around $230. The same job as a one-off pays $32.
Three rostered days a week. Written triggers in your contract take this to four days, then full time, as we add crews.
Own vehicle and licence required. 91c per km allowance paid.

Key responsibilities
Walk properties, measure, price and sign quotes in office
Attend 12 to 15 pre-booked, clustered appointments per week




Work through a backlog of live quotes
Close one-off jobs and sell maintenance plans
Build your own pipeline and own the Brisbane territory

About you
You've closed in homes: solar, pest, roofing, energy or home improvement
You know your close rate without looking it up
You've built pipeline from nothing before
Experience selling plans or recurring services preferred

If you want leads handed to you and a number that doesn't move, we'll both be unhappy inside a month.

Pure & Pristine cleans houses, roofs, driveways and windows across Brisbane, and sells them as ongoing maintenance plans, not just one-off jobs. This is the first sales role in the business. You'd own Brisbane.
