Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced EUC / Endpoint Support Engineer to provide end-user support and manage enterprise endpoint settings. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, MDM, endpoint management, and Windows OS deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device management.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot deployments and device provisioning.
Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies and endpoint configurations.
Support enterprise Windows endpoints, including laptops and desktops.
Perform Windows OS deployment, imaging, re-imaging, and upgrades.
Manage patching, security updates, and OS upgrades across endpoint devices.
Configure and maintain device compliance and security policies.
Monitor and resolve endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
Use ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for incident, request, and ticket management.
Provide desktop support and EUC operations to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues, including:




Printer and peripheral issues
BSOD and Windows errors
Login and authentication problems
Application-related issues
Device connectivity and configuration issues
Provide effective technical support while maintaining a strong focus on end-user experience.
Communicate clearly and professionally with users and provide customer-focused technical support.

Pay: $5,800.00 – $6,200.00 per month

Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
