Occupational Therapist (OT) – NDIS Subcontractor | Immediate Caseload

RIGHTWAY CARE PTY LTD – Registered NDIS Provider

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with us on a subcontractor basis.

We currently have 2–3 NDIS participants under 25 years of age who require Occupational Therapy assessments, with potential for ongoing referrals as our participant caseload grows.

Initial Work
Complete Occupational Therapy assessments for NDIS participants.
Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) where appropriate.
Prepare professional NDIS reports and recommendations.
Identify participant needs, functional goals and appropriate supports.
Liaise with participants, families/support coordinators and other professionals as required.

Essential Requirements
Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
Current AHPRA registration.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
ABN and ability to work as an independent contractor.




Positive understanding of NDIS requirements and documentation.
Strong assessment and report-writing skills.
Experience working with children, teenagers or young adults is preferred.

Autism and developmental disabilities
Functional Capacity Assessments
NDIS therapeutic supports
Assistive Technology assessments
Working with families and multidisciplinary teams
