Chelmstone is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our precast concrete manufacturing team in Seventeen Mile Rocks.

Chelmstone is an established Brisbane precast concrete manufacturer with more than 30 years of experience. We manufacture a range of precast concrete products supplied to commercial, infrastructure and trade customers throughout Australia.
Our products have been used on some of Australia's largest infrastructure projects, and we continue to invest in recent products and manufacturing processes.
The Role
This is a hands-on production role working primarily on our wet-cast concrete production line.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating and assisting with the wet-cast concrete production line
Demoulding precast concrete products
Cleaning and preparing moulds for production
Packing, wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
Using power tools and production equipment
Assisting with basic machine maintenance and production setup
Keeping production and work areas clean and organised
Following workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work
Willing to learn and work as part of a team
Driver's licence and own transport
Australian work rights
A forklift licence (LF) and previous concrete, manufacturing or production experience are preferred but not essential.
