About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Waiters and Bartenders to join the team at Three Blue Ducks Rosebery.

This is a great opportunity to join a high-volume, energetic venue with a strong team culture and a genuine focus on hospitality. Whether you’re an experienced section waiter or a confident bartender, we’re looking for people who bring professionalism, warmth, and great energy to every service.

Current trading hours: Tuesday – Saturday Lunch & Dinner, Sunday Lunch; Day, night and weekend shifts available

We’re looking for:
Experienced section waitstaff with strong communication and a genuine love of service
Bartenders or baristas with sharp skills and a passion for food & drink
Friendly, reliable, positive team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment




Strong multitaskers with valuable time management and attention to detail
People with basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits (and the drive to learn more!)
Ducks at heart - who care about hospitality, sustainability, and working with purpose
Availability on weekends (day and/or night) is a must
