About the role

We're seeking a Fleet Management Coordinator to oversee daily transportation operations and ensure our fleet operates smoothly. This role suits someone who is organised, hands-on, and experienced in logistics or fleet management.

Key responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily delivery and transport schedules to ensure timely and productive service
Maximise vehicle utilization and minimize idle or waiting time
Monitor driver routes, trip logs and GPS tracking systems to optimize operational performance
Create driver rosters and ensure adequate transport resources are available each day
Supervise drivers to maintain high standards of safety, compliance and professionalism
Manage vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections according to preventive maintenance schedules
Ensure all vehicles comply with registration, insurance and safety requirements
Maintain relationships with external service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance
Track and analyse fleet-related costs such as fuel, maintenance and insurance
Prepare regular reports on fleet performance,



utilisation and productivity

About you
Proven experience in logistics, transport, or fleet coordination
Solid communication and coordination skills – able to work effectively with drivers, service providers and internal teams
Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and transport compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for reporting and data analysis
Experience with fleet management software is an advantage
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Having rights to work in Australia
