An established organisation with a diverse portfolio of businesses is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its team in Brisbane!
You will be part of a supportive and team-oriented HR team, working closely with an experienced, approachable and supportive HR leader. The role offers a broad remit across employee relations, HR advice, people initiatives and continuous improvement, within a positive team culture.
Your Role
Partner with leaders to provide practical HR advice, coaching and support.
Manage employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievances.
Provide guidance on Australian employment legislation and HR policies.
Support HR projects, process improvements and people initiatives.
Leverage HR systems, technology and AI to improve HR delivery.
About You
Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
Confident partnering with leaders across a range of HR matters.
Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is highly regarded.
