About the Company

About the Position

A current chance exists for a Brisbane based Supervisor to manage investment builds on the Southside of Brisbane. Responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple investment homes in your area
Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects
Manage Onsite companion schedules
Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover

Skills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:




Ideally 2 years experience as a Supervisor in volume housing
Onsite Companion experience advantageous however not essential
Strong trade management and time management skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Carpentry Trade qualification highly desired
Able to manage multiple projects
