Rubiks IT is a growing MSP based in Miami QLD, supporting small to medium businesses.

We are seeking a reliable, technically capable Helpdesk Technician with previous MSP experience who can confidently support clients across Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint settings.

This is not an entry-level role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing helpdesk tickets to SLA
Supporting Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune)
Endpoint management (Windows, iOS, Android)
Network troubleshooting (switches, WAPs, firewalls)
Onsite client support when required
Documentation and proactive monitoring

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience in an MSP workplace
Strong Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
Experience with Intune / MDM




Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
Excellent communication skills
Full unrestricted rights to work in Australia
Valid Australian driver’s licence

Salary

$65,000 – $75,000 depending on experience.

Higher considered for proven MSP background.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
