Your recent role

We are currently seeking experienced Underground Charge Up Operators to join a high-performing underground mining team. This is an excellent opportunity for safety-focused operators with a strong background in production and development charging who are looking for a long-term role with a reputable mining operation.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting underground production activities while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Charge development and production headings in accordance with blast plans.
Load and handle ANFO and emulsion explosives safely and efficiently.
Conduct blast tie-ins and assist with firing activities where required.
Perform post-blast inspections and re-entry procedures.
Maintain accurate explosives records and documentation.




Complete pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
Adhere to site safety procedures, regulations and statutory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as an Underground Charge Up Operator.
Current WA Shotfirer's Licence
Dangerous Goods Security Card.
Experience charging both development and production headings.
Robust understanding of underground mining safety procedures.
Ability to work effectively within a team workplace.
Reliable work ethic and commitment to achieving production outcomes.
