What You'll Be Doing:

As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming setting for every guest. Your day will include:
Refreshing and preparing guest rooms to a high standard
Making beds, replacing linen, and ensuring bathrooms are spotless
Replenishing amenities to ensure rooms are fully stocked and inviting
Reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly
Working efficiently to meet room targets while maintaining high quality standards
Supporting your team to deliver a consistent, professional standard across the hotel

As a Houseperson, your day will include:
Supporting Room Attendants with linen, amenities, and room setup
Keeping storage areas clean, organised, and fully stocked
Responding to guest requests promptly and professionally
Assisting with general housekeeping duties,



including heavy lifting and moving equipment or furniture as required
Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking people who bring energy, reliability, and pride to their work. To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Availability to work at least four days per week
An eye for detail and a strong focus on cleanliness
A positive, qualified attitude and presentation
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid working rights in Australia
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided)
