We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to support a data remediation initiative within a large organisation. You will assess the use of Qualtrics and other survey platforms, identify sensitive data, and define practical remediation and data-purging requirements.

Key responsibilities
Analyse Qualtrics usage and administration reports to identify remediation priorities.
Identify sensitive data held across Qualtrics and other survey tools.
Engage with internal technology teams, business stakeholders and vendors.
Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
Assess data risks and define appropriate data-purging solutions.
Develop and maintain remediation plans, reporting and progress tracking.
Map current and future-state processes.
Facilitate workshops and present practical, achievable solutions.




Ensure documentation and deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Skills and experience
Robust experience as a Senior or Technical Business Analyst.
Experience delivering data remediation, privacy, compliance or data-purging initiatives.
Solid requirements gathering and process-mapping skills.
Experience working with SaaS platforms; Qualtrics experience is highly desirable.
Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Experience facilitating workshops with technical and business stakeholders.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Higher education experience would be advantageous.
