Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to join the management team at one of our inner-city locations in Paddington or Glebe. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

In this role you will be responsible for the daily operations of the venue whilst on shift, ensuring standards are implemented, compliance is adhered to, customers are welcomed to the venue, and staff are delivering service that exceeds guest expectations.

Key responsibilities
Ensure a profitable and effective operation
Lead and manage a team
Develop and implement superior service standards that consistently exceed guest expectations
Stock control and management including purchasing
Training, development, and coaching of food & beverage staff
Staff development and progression
Financial management including cost control
Implement systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the venue's various departments
Ensure the business is compliant with health regulations and that WHS is a focus for you and the team

About you
Previous experience in a similar role
Gaming & bar experience




Strong leadership skills with a positive & professional attitude
An ability to think outside the square
Passionate about delivering excellence in service
Solid business acumen

Excellent written and verbal communication
