We’re currently looking for friendly and energetic Customer Service Assistants to join our team at Top Juice East Village, an established and busy store with a great team culture.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will:
Provide friendly, high-quality customer service
Take and prepare orders efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Share product knowledge and promote healthy choices




Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What We’re Looking For
A positive and approachable attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace
Interest in health, food, and wellness
Flexibility with shifts
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential
Food Handling or Food Supervisor Certificate is not mandatory, but highly regarded
