About the role:
Trainee Construction Supervisor role in which you will accompany experienced supervisors whilst you learn about the ins and outs of being a good Construction Supervisor.
Manage the timely delivery of residential building projects
Track and monitor revenue targets
Uphold work health and safety duties on site
Obtain and retain a robust trade base
Perform safety and quality inspections regularly
Effectively communicate with all key stakeholders both internally and external to the business
Contribute to a robust team culture
About you:
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes
Trade or scheduling/estimating background preferable but not mandatory
Confident but humble in your own ability
High attention to detail
Able to work independently and problem solve
Self-motivated and organised
Excellent communication skills
Working towards or with a Certificate IV in Building Construction desirable
White/Blue Card
C class license
